John has been playing with his Sourdough Starter ( or mother) for many years to perfect his loaves of Sourdough Bread for the Farmers Markets. John has designed and built his own wood-fired oven and can turn his hand to any sized loaf — from dinner rolls to 5kg Christmas loaves.
At the Easter markets, John’s Hot Cross Buns have become legendary, selling over 600 in an hour and a half!
Bread available at the Farmers Markets includes battards, potato bread, rye, and rolls.
