High Valley Cheese Brie in Filo or Puff

1 Good sized wedge or wheel of High Valley Brie (or Rouge if you want something stronger)

3 Sheets of Filo Pastry or 1 of Puff

50gm Butter, melted (if using Filo) or 20Gm Butter Melted if using Puff

 

Preheat Oven to 200 degrees.

Brush each sheet of Filo with melted butter and layer on top of each other.

Wrap the Cheese in the Filo Sheets or Puff Sheet as you like and brush with remaining melted butter.

Pop into the oven until pastry is golden brown.

 

Serve with your choice of crackers, bread, fruits and crudités.
